To support a specialized oncology-focused team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will provide pharmacy services, including reviewing medication orders and patient counseling, while working remotely after initial onboarding and rotating shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities Review oncology medication orders and support oral chemotherapy workflows Provide patient counseling and education, ensuring safe and evidence-based medication services Document services accurately and contribute to medication safety initiatives Required qualifications PharmD or Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of Pharmacy Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligibility for reciprocation within 90 days of hire Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and completion of a Board of Pharmacy approved course in immunization administration within 90 days of hire Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical demands of the job Normal or corrected vision and clear verbal communication skills
