To support the pharmacy enterprise, the full-time Ohio Licensed Clinical Applications Pharmacist will develop, test, and maintain clinical systems for medication management, focusing on enhancing specialty pharmacy operations and optimizing patient management content in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Design, configure, and optimize specialty pharmacy patient management content within the Epic electronic medical record Collaborate with stakeholders to support system enhancements, workflow design, user training, and issue resolution Provide medication and system expertise for enterprise-wide clinical system projects and maintain clinical application systems related to medication management Required qualifications Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy Minimum of four years of professional experience in information technology and/or healthcare B.Sc. in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) required Post-graduate residency training preferred Experience in scholarship and teaching is regarded favorably
