Ohio Licensed Care Management Manager

Managing a team of clinicians, the full-time Ohio Licensed Care Management Manager will oversee care coordination for behavioral health members, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversees care management documentation to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Develops and implements care management policies and procedures based on regulatory requirements Manages escalated care cases and provides guidance to team members regarding member concerns Required qualifications Master's degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing 5+ years of related experience in behavioral health, managed care, or community mental health Active clinical license in Ohio, such as LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or RN with behavioral health experience Strong background in utilization review and case management Leadership experience in managing care teams or programs
