To support a vital healthcare communication service, the full-time Ohio Licensed Answering Service RN will manage incoming calls, triage patient concerns, and facilitate care coordination while working remotely during night shifts with weekend and holiday rotations. Key responsibilities Answer and triage incoming patient calls, ensuring "First Call Resolution" and accurate documentation of nursing advice Facilitate communication between patients, physicians, and healthcare facilities while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality Proactively handle patient complaints and assist with departmental tasks to meet performance goals and maintain high audit scores Required qualifications Associate's degree in nursing 2 - 3 years of professional nursing experience Registered Nurse - COMPACT (Multi-State) RN licensure Proficiency in electronic medical charting and Microsoft Office Strong customer service and telephone skills
