Ofsted-Registered Children's Home Manager

Agincare is seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager to lead a brand-new not-for-profit Children’s Services Residential Home in York. You will oversee daily operations, support teams of Support Workers, and ensure outstanding care while complying with regulatory standards.

You will establish the service, develop best practices, and act as a corporate parent to the children, guiding them to thrive in their day-to-day lives.
