ofing Inc. is looking for an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Operations Manager to lead our daily operations and help our growing company reach the next level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES < /p>
✅ Oversee daily office operations
✅ Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent service
✅ Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and suppliers
✅ Manage job scheduling and material orders
✅ Supervise office staff and coordinate with the sales team
✅ Resolve customer concerns professionally
✅ Ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
✅ Report directly to the company owner < /p>
