If you possess the requisite skills and experience outlined below, we invite you to submit your resume for our esteemed consideration.What You Will DoResponsible for operating high-quality products using Komori LS and GL series automated Offset sheet-fed printing equipment (6-color & 8-color)Responsible for performing machine make ready's, achieving run speed standards, productivity efficiencies, and more importantly, achieving customer requirements and quality standardsMonitors the product for quality while minimizing waste and reworkUtilizes G7 color theory including gray balance, dot gain and ink trap to provide high quality process printingAccurately records time and materials for each job and is accountable for equipment maintenanceDiagnoses problems, makes adjustments, troubleshoots and provides the required maintenance to equipment in a timely mannerMust be able to push, pull, lift or carry up to as much as 60 pounds occasionallyObserves established safe working and housekeeping procedures and follows all standard operating procedures and work instructionsPerforms other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unitWhat You Will BringRequires High School diploma or equivalentTypically requires a minimum of 5 years offset (sheet-fed) printing experienceDemonstrated proficiency with 40" multi-color (6 and 8 units) offset press equipmentUnderstands LAB values and makes the required ink adjustments to maintain branded match color complianceExperience with G7 color theory and UV technology are requiredPossesses mechanical and troubleshooting skillsShift RequirementsNight Shift (Required) This schedule is a 2-2-3-2 shift rotation, 6pm - 6am.Location Greensboro, NCWhat to ExpectA highly competitive compensation "above the industry" commensurate with experience which includes an annual incentive bonus plan100% Employer-paid medical, dental base plan, vision, life/AD&D, and short-term and long-term disability, while subsidizing premiums for medical, dental, and vision for employee dependents401(k) Plan with up to a 6% (dollar for dollar) Employer matchHealth Savings/Flexible Spending Account optionsPaid time off, including 10 company-paid holidays, plus 1 floating holidayEmployee Assistance ProgramComprehensive relocation package available for qualified candidatesAnd, much more!Millennium Print Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer
