Office ManagerOur client is a professional services organization in Washington, DC looking for a seasoned Office Manager. This individual will act as the go-to resource for office operations, overseeing daily workflows, facilities, and administrative processes within a hybrid environment.The Office Manager will take ownership of daily office operations, coordinate administrative services, manage vendor relationships, and serve as a bridge between leadership and support staff. This role also includes leading projects such as office setup initiatives, front-of-house management, and company-wide meeting logistics to keep the workplace running smoothly.Key responsibilities include:Oversee office procedures and operations, including administrative services, facilities upkeep, supplies, and vendor coordinationAct as the main point of contact for building security mattersManage ordering of office supplies and general office maintenanceLead project management for initiatives like office reconfigurations, front desk/lobby oversight, and organization-wide meetingsCoordinate staff schedules, communicate key updates, and plan meetings and events involving both internal teams and outside partnersManage front desk phone operations and ensure calls are properly routedBridge communication between senior leadership and administrative staff to support smooth day-to-day operationsQualifications:5+ years of experience in office management, ideally within a consulting or professional services environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with building ticketing systems is a plusExperience supporting an office relocation is a plusStrong communication skills paired with an organized, detail-focused, and personable approachBachelor's degree highly preferredAdditional details: This is a contract engagement lasting approximately 5 months, fully onsite in Washington, DC.Perks:Opportunity to take ownership of office operations in a professional environmentExposure to cross-functional collaboration with senior leadershipExperience within a polished, fast-paced consulting firm settingAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
