Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental office, with previous management or supervisory experience preferred.

Verify dental insurance benefits and oversee insurance claims, billing, and collections.
Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients.
Manage accounts receivable, collections, and payment processing.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
Maintain inventory of dental and office supplies and coordinate ordering as needed.
Work closely with the dentist(s) to achieve practice goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Address patient concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
