Handling administrative tasks such as radio traffic, billing, and record-keeping. This role will create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.ResponsibilitiesSchedule Northwoods Big Deals meetings with team members and coordinate, maintain and support major sales initiatives, including managing the Northwoods Big Deals platform and online storeManage daily radio logs for 5 Civic Media radio stationsOrganize and assist with office operations and proceduresAnswer all incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department personsProvide general support to visitors and staffDaily mail pick up at the post office, and mail out as neededAssist with in-house or off-site activities, like community events, and remotesMaintain general office functions, including office supply inventory and ordering, performing regular office rounds to ensure office machines are in orderAssist senior management with various tasks as needed to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficientlyPick up mail at the post office, mail out invoices, deposit checks, post payments, and enter broadcast orders for the sales departmentSupport major sales initiativesMay include light housekeeping duties*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.Skills, Knowledge & ExperiencesProficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPointProficient with Google Suite including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, FormsFamiliarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and BoomerangPhotoshop knowledge a plusStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skillsExcellent web and technology skills and comfortable troubleshooting tech issuesComfortable learning new technical/computer skillsMinimum high school diploma requiredA minimum one year of administrative experience requiredProven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant preferred
