We are a lean, hands-on team — sales, warehouse, and field crews who take pride in doing good work for our customers. After landing a major project and growing significantly this year, we are expanding the team and investing in the operational backbone of the business. Our office sits inside a working shop.
It is comfortable and we have made it our own, but it is an industrial environment by design — easygoing and blue-collar, not a downtown corporate tower. The people who do their best work here like that about us.About the RoleWe are hiring an Office Manager / Full-Charge Bookkeeper to own our financial operations end-to-end. This is the seat that keeps the company running behind the scenes, and it is a role we are counting on someone to truly own rather than simply staff.
