Office ManagerWe are seeking an Office Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities include overseeing office staff, supporting accounting, and streamlining workflow across departments. Join the Ford Family where we value service to each other and the world as much as to our customers!BenefitsHealth, Medical and Dental401K PlanPaid time off and vacationGrowth opportunitiesEmployee vehicle purchase plansFamily owned and operatedLong term job securityFlexible Work ScheduleResponsibilitiesAssist the Controller with daily accounting office operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, and month-end closingsOversee and support office staff: hiring, training, supervision, and workflow managementPerform daily cash management tasks, including bank reconciliations and depositsReview and manage paperwork and deal flow from sales, service, and parts departmentsMaintain accurate and organized records for deals, commissions, inventory changes, and financial reportsEnsure compliance with internal controls, dealership policies, and state/federal regulationsPrepare and submit monthly financial statements and reporting as requiredAssist with special projects, audits, and operational improvements as assignedServe as a point of contact between departments to streamline operations and resolve issues efficientlyQualificationsHigh school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in an automotive dealership office or accounting environmentStrong knowledge of general accounting practices (AP/AR, GL, journal entries)Proficiency with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detailProfessional, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
