Office Operations ManagerThis position is to oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient, organized and professional workplace. This role is responsible for coordinating all office operations, facilities-related needs, and administrative support to ensure seamless and professional workplace experience. This role serves as a central point of coordination and contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and internal processes.QualificationsTwo years of college course work (preferably in business or related field) or equivalent administrative support training required7+ years of experience in office management, administrative support in a fast-paced environmentPrior purchasing, budget management and vendor management experience preferredProficient with Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other office software including automated calendaringExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written including demonstrated writing abilityExcellent organizational skills, follow-up and detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and qualityAbility to maintain confidential information with discretionAble to work independently, proactively, manage multiple priorities and complete necessary tasks without consistent supervisionAbility to coordinate across remote teams and adaptability in a dynamic office environmentExperience with workplace management systems (e.g., ServiceNow,) preferredResponsibilities/DutiesManage day-to-day office functions, ensuring a clean, safe, and productive work environment with support from supervisor including but not limited to office supply ordering, internal & external vendor communication, mail / shipping/receiving, technical assistance via the PGA TOUR IT TeamServe as the on-site liaison with building management/landlord for issues, access, and communicationsOversee vendor relationships (coffee services, copier, etc.) and manage service requests as neededSupport seating assignment changes, including nameplatesOversee visitor experience including reception coverage, registration, and badging processesManage office budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reportingDevelop, maintain and update NY office manuals, standard operating procedures, communications, and other documents, as requiredOrder and maintain inventory pantry suppliesServe as a resource for employees regarding office policies and proceduresMaintain office records, documentation, and compliance items (e.g., inspections, permits) as neededProvide regular updates to supervisor on office operations, issues, and needsProvide direct administrative support to leadership and/or departments (calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements) as neededProcess, allocate and reconcile vendor and/or designated employees' expenses following company procedures through ConcurCoordinate meetings, catering, and conference room readinessMaintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)Special projects or other duties as assignedThe salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000.
