FAMILY FIRST ALWAYS!Responsibilities of an Office Manager:Overseeing employees to ensure they submit paperwork in a timely manner.Occasionally answering calls and emails from customers and vendors and directing them to relevant staff if neededMonitoring and ordering inventoryPrevious basic accounting experience including A/P and A/RSelf-motivated with a positive attitude and a professional image and demeanorMaintains and controls the paper flow of work orders, time sheets, time cards, and personnel recordsAssumes responsibility for all office-related tasksSupport the Management Team in daily administrative functionsReporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and proceduresEnsure all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentationAssist owner with other tasks as neededRequirements:High school diplomaProven experience as an Office manager or Administrative assistantExperience in Restoration is preferredCompetency with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in trade shows, event planning or community outreachBenefits:401KPaid Time OffFamily LeaveSchedule:Full-time, this is an in office position however a hybrid schedule will be considered for the right candidate, Monday-Friday from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experienceEstablished in 1994, AdvantaClean is born out of a genuine desire to help people rebuild their lives during the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew, which has ravaged South Florida.
