You will own the day-to-day operations and experience of the San Francisco office while providing executive support to members of our leadership team.We're looking for someone who can move comfortably between managing the details of a high-functioning office and supporting fast-moving executives—someone who notices what needs to happen, takes ownership, and follows through.
You create an environment where executives and employees can focus on their work because the details around them are handled thoughtfully and reliably. You ensure our visitors have a great experience and that operational needs are anticipated rather than simply reacted to.
