This role will serve as a key point of coordination between the office, vendors, property/site needs, and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesEmail management for the CEO/ChairmanOversee daily office operations, ensuring administrative needs are handled efficiently and professionally.Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, and recurring tasks.Coordinate onboarding logistics for new employees, including documentation, supplies, workspace, and access.Maintain organized company records, files, documents, and administrative systems.Coordinate vendors, service providers, building maintenance, and office-related needs.Manage property and construction site-maintenance assignments, ensuring requests are communicated, scheduled, and completed.Track outstanding projects, maintenance items, and administrative assignments through completion.Serve as a central point of communication between leadership, employees, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.Anticipate needs, resolve administrative issues, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.Support leadership with special projects and other operational priorities as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.7+ years of office management, executive assistant, operations, or administrative experience.Construction, contracting, property management, or related industry experience strongly preferred.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with both office and field personnel.HOUGW34
