Key Responsibilities for the Office Manager:
• Oversee daily office operations, vendor relationships, and office administration.
• Manage client invoicing, project billing schedules, and accounts receivable activities.
• Support bookkeeping functions, expense tracking, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, employee onboarding, and firm events.
• Maintain contracts, project records, proposals, and business documentation.
• Provide administrative support to principals, project managers, and project teams.
Qualifications for the Office Manager:
• 3+ years of office management, administrative, bookkeeping, or related experience.
• Experience with client invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, or basic accounting functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Deltek Ajera, or similar accounting software is preferred.
