Our mission is to give companies the tools they need to change the future of their business.The Office Coordinator/HR Administrator will greet visitors as they walk into the office. This position will also be responsible for other administrative duties, such as answering phones and emails, filing, and scanning important documents, and scheduling and documenting calendar events for members of the office.Responsibilities & DutiesGreet visitors as they arrive.Answer phone calls and emailsMaintain calendars for the office and coworkers.File important documents and keep them well organizedOrganize and coordinate office operations and proceduresEstablish and implement office procedures and practicesMaintaining the general upkeep of the premisesHandle mail and package distribution to Payarc team membersClean and sanitize common areasCarry out routine checks to ensure safety and securityAttend to general issues and fixing simple problems/maintenanceContact relevant personnel for troubleshooting complex issuesInteract with visitors, clients, and employeesOversee and direct staff as requiredOrder and restock items in supply closet and kitchen areaMaintain inventory log of items needed for reordering and submit requestsAssist Human Resources with special projects and administrative dutiesAssist C-level with coordination of meetings and travel as neededAssist in any other special projects as neededSkills & CompetenciesOrganizational abilitiesSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success?Team playerHighly proficient verbal and written communication skillsQualifications & Experience Required0-2 years of experienceHigh proficiency in technology and Microsoft applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh standards of customer serviceOrganizational and time management skillsGreat team playerAbility to sit in front of a computer for many hours a day.Enthusiastic and passionate with a positive attitudeEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED certificateBachelor's degree in human resources or business management preferredPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting and working at a computerOccasional lifting of up to 15 lbsPM22
