Office CoordinatorThe Office Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the Network Office. Reporting to the Manager of Development, Communications, External Affairs & Special Projects, the Office Coordinator provides administrative, logistical, and operational support to the Talent, Operations, and Schools teams in the Network Office. This role serves as a key point of contact for visitors, staff, and external partners while helping coordinate meetings, events, and systems in the network office.Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday – FridayNetwork Office OperationsServe as the primary receptionist for the Network Office, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing incoming mail and deliveriesHelp maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environmentCoordinate office supply ordering and inventory management.Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, coordinating troubleshooting and resolution of service, equipment, and system issues for the Network Office.Support invoice processing, purchase orders, expense tracking and purchase reconciliation for Network Office.Process and submit reimbursements for ChiefsSupport facilities-related requests and coordinationAssist with scheduling shared conference rooms and office spacesMaintain filing systems and organizational records while ensuring confidentialityTranslate all written materials that come from the desk of the office of the CEO.Administrative SupportProvide administrative and logistical support to the Talent, Operations, and Schools teamsCoordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and cross-functional logistics as neededSupport with coordinating conference room space and navigating competing needs.Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintaining internal databases and systemsEvent Coordination & Special ProjectsCoordinate logistics for network-wide meetings, celebrations, and eventsSupport food orders, room setup, supplies, and technology needs for meetings and trainingsAssist with special projects and other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMeticulous attention to detailAbility to manage several projects and demands simultaneouslyStrong technological proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable using a Mac and learning new technologiesQualifications and ExperienceHigh School Diploma required; some college preferredExperience working in a school setting preferredDemonstrated ability to work well in fast-paced environment, with changing responsibilitiesSalary and benefitsThis is a full-time position. Competitive hourly wage, starting at $22/hour.
