We're a close-knit team that takes both our craft and our culture seriously.What You'll DoThe primary responsibilities of the Office Coordinator & Client Relations role include but are not limited to the following:Answer and route all incoming calls, so every caller feels taken care ofSchedule complimentary in-home design consultations for our Design ConsultantsFollow up promptly on every new inquiry by phone call, text, and emailAssist past clients through the handyman/warranty process and coordinate with the Production teamOwn our CRM and keep client and project information accurate and completeScan completed job files and save on company serverTrack and provide weekly lead-status reports and update monthly Sales ReportManage Client Referral programEngage in local community groups through social media referring to Sea PointeAssist with booking, planning, and facilitating educational client workshopsAssist with set-up for quarterly company All-Staff meetings (food, tables, chairs)Assist with employee gifting or company apparel organization and inventory as neededSupport the President and the sales leadership team as neededLead our Fun Committee and plan the events that make Sea Pointe a great place to work!Coordinate with admin team for ordering of suppliesWho You AreHappy and positive.
