Office AssociateThe Illinois State Police (ISP) Division of Criminal Investigation is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Office Associate - Keyboarding to join our team. Provides administrative and clerical support for ISP's Division of Criminal Investigation Zone 4, maintaining confidential investigative correspondence and managing files for police reports, Alcohol Measures activities, Meth Response Team operations, and personnel records. Oversees inventory information within the designated inventory system and coordinates staff involved in personnel transactions and Promotional Skills Evaluations to ensure accurate workflow and compliance with departmental procedures.ISP encourages all those who qualify to apply! Manages and maintains all inventory information on the applicable inventory system. Coordinates and directs staff in a variety of duties in the flow of personnel transactions and Promotional Skills Evaluations. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of high school and two years of office experience. Requires skill in typing accurately at 45 w.p.m.
