Office AssociateServco Kaua'i is looking for an Office Associate to join our amazing team! Provides administrative support in the business office to record receipts for vehicle sales and after-sale accessories. In addition, will process customer refunds and check-requests, distribute incoming mail, process POs and accounts payables, replenish change and petty cash funds and other clerical duties as assigned by the Office Manager.Record cash receipts for vehicle and accessory salesPrepares bank deposits and armored car recordsProcess IRS Form 8300 for cash transactionsProcess check requests for refunds, cancellations, and overpaymentIssue warranty books and maintain logPrepares purchase orders for all administrative purchasesCodes purchase orders with proper GL numbersAttaches purchase orders to invoices and send for processingReplenish change and petty cash fundsOrders office suppliesDistributes incoming mail including courier drops and inter-office mailList the relevant qualifications that are needed to successfully achieve the key outcomes required for the job.
