We support individuals and families across Arizona through high-quality behavioral health and integrated care services while also investing in the growth and well-being of our team.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule member's appointments, ensures service tickets are in order.Collects and validates insurance information.Records no-show and appointment changes.Creates and maintains member charts.Compiles clinical information as requested.Collects, monitors, scans, and enters data/information into the electronic health records or as assigned.Completes reminder calls to the participants regarding their appointments.QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED.One (1) to three (3) years' experience in office clerical setting.
