Office Assistant

Office AssistantFox Motors has an Office Assistant opening in Marquette, MI at Fox Marquette Ford. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by providing support to the office manager and dealership teams.Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.Prepares and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks.Records orders for merchandise, supplies, or service.Receives, counts, and pays out cash.Computes wages, taxes, premiums, commissions, and payments.Provides backup support for any accounting or service clerical position on an as-needed basis.Handles special accounting projects as instructed by the office manager.Maintains office equipment (i.e., copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.).
