The role is responsible for supporting the Sales Team and Business Office operations. This includes managing administrative tasks and contributing to overall productivity of the workplace by utilizing highly organized, detailed-oriented skills.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service:Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.Provide information about our services and address customer inquiries.Interact with clients professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.Invoicing & Receivables:Generate accurate and timely client invoices using designated software.Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile billing discrepancies.Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and resolve any concerns.Process deposits from various forms of paymentAssist in collections process, maintaining appropriate documentationPayroll & Human Resources:Efficiently process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Remain updated on payroll regulations and contribute to compliance efforts.Employee On-Boarding and Personnel Record MaintenanceEnsure DOT Compliance up to date with State regulationsManage Workers Comp and Unemployment processing and documentationOffice Operations:Telephone ManagementSubcontractor compliance to meet insurance and HIC requirementsCompliance and Policy Adherence – ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, assisting in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.Event Coordination – assist in the planning and coordination of office events, meetings, and celebrations. Arrange catering, set up meeting rooms, and manage logistics for events.RequirementsPayroll and Human Resource experience is preferredPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably in a landscaping or service-oriented industryProficiency in working with computer programs to manage data and digital communications.
