Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to, the following:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as skilled at relationship building with staff, visitors, vendors and plant employeesManage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones and organizing digital and hardcopy documentsReceive and review technical information provided by customers.Correspond with CMB Engineering & Quality teams regarding customer questions and concerns to resolve issue.Manage documentation and follow up on outstanding customer issues and concernsUpdate information in current ERP system, aid with transition to new ERP system and assist with other IT concernsPerform quality control on documents generated per customer requestsProcess and submit plant purchase orders and review returned sales acknowledgements for accuracy.Assist in project management by completing price lists, tracking deadlines and facilitation communicationMaintain, organize, order office supplies and manage inventoryLiaise with CarnaudMetalbox locations to facilitate the exchange of information and review open items.Interaction with visitors, corporate members, hourly and salaried staffBe trained in and perform EHS responsibilities.Assist customer service and warehouse teams as necessaryTeamwork spirit and desire to support the team in different projects and activitiesProvide administrative assistance as needed within department and across plantAssume additional roles and responsibilities as neededJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent with previous similar work experience in a manufacturing environment.
