You'll help ensure the office runs smoothly, remains organized, and provides a professional and welcoming environment.This position blends office management, administrative support, and coordination with corporate operations. You will work closely with the Pennsylvania Group Manager while also collaborating with our NJ Office Manager to support company initiatives and maintain consistency across offices.
This role offers the opportunity to grow alongside a developing office and take on increasing responsibility over time.Responsibilities include overseeing daily office operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and professional work environment, managing front office responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries, coordinating calendars, meetings, and scheduling for office leadership, assisting with travel arrangements as needed, ordering and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, handling incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and package distribution, preparing, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and correspondence, providing administrative support to project teams, including assistance with proposals and submission packages, maintaining organized electronic and physical filing systems, supporting onboarding logistics for new employees, including workspace setup and coordination, coordinating office events, meetings, and team activities, assisting in implementing and maintaining company policies, procedures, and corporate initiatives, collaborating with Corporate Operations Team to ensure consistency across offices, identifying and communicating process improvements to enhance office efficiency, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.Compensation: $25-$28/hour
