This role provides integral support for each department and for the Leadership Office. May be responsible for the registration, administration and proctoring of exams through the PearsonVue testing center if working onsite at a campus location.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Welcome and greet all potential and current MyComputerCareer Students in person and over the telephoneResponsible for the cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk Area and the Campus Conference RoomLiaison between the Admissions process and the Financial Aid Department as neededTrain and pass the Pearson Vue Proctor Exam to register students, administer exams and proctor exams and on a daily basis.Daily work in Salesforce CRM to create, maintain and monitor student accounts and informationScan, upload and digitally and/or manually file documents with sensitive security informationResponsible for general admissions documents for the programResponsible for processing student loan requests through private lenderPerform tasks on an as needed basis as directed by the Campus Director, ADOA, ADOE or other staff membersPerform miscellaneous duties as assignedKey Competencies:Ability to provide exceptional customer service in any/all situationsExcellent typing skills and basic understanding of Microsoft Office SuitePossess strong written and oral communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environmentEthical conduct at all timesEducation & Experience Requirements:High school diploma/GED – requiredAssociate's degree in Business Administration or a related field; or a combination of education and experienceMinimum 1-2 years of experienceDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)Attention to detail and exceptional time management skillsPhysical & Cognitive Demands:Listen to employees and communicate verbal and written feedback.
