Office AdministratorWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to provide dedicated support to a senior officer while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business unit and office environment. This role serves as a central point of coordination, helping drive efficiency, organization, and communication across the team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to a senior officer, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangementsPrepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadershipAct as a liaison between the senior officer and internal/external stakeholdersManage confidential information with discretion and professionalismOversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and well-organized work environmentCoordinate internal meetings, events, and team communicationsSupport business unit workflows, tracking key deliverables and deadlinesAssist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processingImprove and maintain administrative processes to enhance productivityManage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needsSupport onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, materials, coordination)Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentationQualifications3+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably supporting senior leadershipStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and discretion handling sensitive informationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting executives or senior officersFamiliarity with office management tools or project coordination platformsExperience in a corporate or professional services environmentLanguage Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
