Be part of Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, a locally rooted, people-first organization where meaningful work, long-term growth, and community impact come together.The Office Administrator performs settlement and/or cashiering duties within a Sales & Distribution Center in accordance with standard company procedures.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Review and verify end of day driver paperworkEnsure proof of deliveries are included in driver paperworkPrepare driver paperwork for imagingMaintain missing documents logResearch and resolve driver overages and shortagesRun daily route status report to verify that all delivery routes have been settledReview settlement exception report and resolve issuesReport settlement issues to accounting departmentTroubleshoot handheld issues impacting settlementMaintain cash reconciliation and driver deposit logPerform cashiering duties including Fed-Ready status of depositPrepare deposit for pick-up by armored car serviceEnsure security of route cashReceive and verify full service bag countCount full service cash and finalize handheldValidate proper use of cash drop logResearch mail checks, print back-up and code in Payment ManagerComplete miscellaneous tasks such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, printing, copying, laminating and other administrative duties as assignedJob Requirements:High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Associate's degree or equivalent preferred. 2-5 years of experience in an office environment required.
Experience in cash room environment preferred.
Experience using BASIS route accounting system preferred. Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word. Valid driver's license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirements.
