Data Entry SpecialistSchedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm 100% Onsite 11 week assignmentWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to input and maintain various types of data into our company's Laboratory Information Management System. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal errors.Responsibilities:Accurately type and enter data into the company's database systems from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and web formsVerify and ensure the accuracy of data by reviewing and cross-checking informationPerform data cleansing and formatting tasks to maintain data integrityCollaborate with other team members to resolve any discrepancies or errors in the dataFollow established procedures and protocols to maintain data security and confidentialityGenerate reports and assist in data analysis as requiredAdhere to deadlines and complete assigned tasks within given timeframesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plusProven experience as a data entry specialist or similar roleStrong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in dataExcellent organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
