Awhile always equipment, racking systems, shipping/receiving doors, dock plates and yard are free from hazardsExecute on the weekly workflow to balance labor between shifts and plantsEnsure all department equipment (warehouse technology including RF, packing systems, shipping systems, and forklifts etc) are functioning, as requiredDeveloping and communicating KPI's/metrics for all Distribution Team members, which will help measure employee productivity and effectivenessQualificationsMust have open availability 7 days a week (Shift time 6pm -3:30 AM)Forklift certificationPrevious responsible for supervising and directing othersExperience with Process Improvement tools LEAN and 5S and KaizensExperience with TMS and ERP programsThe physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
