Of Counsel: Pharma & MedTech Litigation

DLA Piper is seeking an Of Counsel with strong legal writing skills specialized in pharmaceutical/medical device Daubert and Rule 702 motions to join its Litigation group. This role is open to all U.S.

offices and requires a JD with a robust science background. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience at an AmLaw 100 firm, extensive briefs writing experience on Rule 702/Daubert issues, and a track record in products liability and pharma/medical device litigation.
