Of Counsel: M&A Litigation & Indemnity (Hybrid)

DLA Piper seeks an Of Counsel to join its Litigation group, Business and Commercial subgroup. This role supports M&A post-closing indemnity and representation disputes, requiring strong research, writing, and client communication skills.

Minimum 8 years’ experience in M&A indemnity disputes, familiarity with transaction documents and damages calculations, and the ability to supervise associates. Hybrid work with in-office presence.
