Position: Materials Management Coordinator Hours: Monday–Friday | Day ShiftWhat You'll DoIn this role, you'll help keep our hospital running smoothly by making sure supplies are available, organized, and cost?effective. You'll work closely with departments and vendors to support quality patient care behind the scenes.Day?to?Day ResponsibilitiesOrder and manage medical and non?medical suppliesMonitor inventory levels and keep supplies stockedWork with vendors on pricing, contracts, and deliveriesMaintain accurate item records in CernerReceive and organize deliveriesReview invoices and ensure correct billingTrack implants, consignment items, and recallsCoordinate equipment repairs as neededSupport leadership and assist with special projectsWhy You'll Love Working HereAt OCOM, our staff is our greatest asset.
