Position Overview
Page International is seeking a detail-oriented and organized entry level Ocean Export Documentation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and handling export documentation to ensure compliance with international regulations and timely shipment processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process ocean export documentation
- Ensure all shipments comply with U.S. export regulations and international trade laws
- Coordinate with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to clients and internal teams
- Maintain organized and accurate shipment records in company systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries
