In this position, your work will transcend mere symptom management; you will help individuals reclaim their routines, restore their confidence, and reignite joy in everyday living. From aiding stroke survivors in fine motor rehabilitation to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, you will utilize your skills to provide person-focused care that fosters resilience and self-sufficiency.

This setting is not about rushing through tasks or merely completing checklists. Each patient is a story, and every therapy session unfolds as a chapter in their inspirational recovery journey. You'll closely collaborate with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to co-develop rehabilitation plans that are as unique and dynamic as the patients themselves.

We have created a welcoming atmosphere unlike any other. Our rehabilitation team does more than clock in and out; we uplift one another, exchange wisdom, and celebrate every triumph (big and small) as one cohesive unit. You'll discover a workplace that values your input, prioritizes your advancement, and allows you to witness your positive impact daily.

Then, there's the backdrop: Hialeah, Florida, a lively and spirited community known for its rich culture and dynamic energy. Say goodbye to dull landscapes — here, a Latin-infused culture thrives, showcasing vibrant art, music, and culinary experiences. You're invited to explore local parks, engage in festivals, and immerse yourself in a community where music and life flourish around every corner.

Food trucks serving delicious Cuban sandwiches and local eateries flaunt their culinary prowess, while boutique shops and colorful murals create an artistic backdrop to everyday life. There's an infectious spirit that encourages creativity and camaraderie, allowing every moment to feel alive and filled with possibility.

We are on the lookout for someone who perceives occupational therapy as not merely a job but as a passionate vocation. Someone who beams with pride when a patient accomplishes a small victory, who walks unaided after countless challenges, or finds their voice to share a long-suppressed story.

Whether you're an established OTR/L or a recent graduate ready to embark on your career, you'll thrive here if you bring heart, determination, and a spirit of service to your work. If the thought of blending exemplary care with a vibrant lifestyle resonates with you — your search ends here.

This is your chance to be part of something transcending a standard job title. Your efforts will shape futures, fuel recoveries, and revive what was lost, all while based in a remarkable community that harmonizes vibrancy with tranquility.

If you're prepared to grow, contribute meaningfully, and embed yourself in a community that cares — we wholeheartedly welcome you to this exceptional opportunity.
