Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support inpatient rehabilitation patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex orthopedic conditions. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver therapeutic treatments, lead individual and group sessions, assist with ADL retraining, and document patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, help ensure safe discharges, and contribute to a mission-driven, patient-centered culture focused on clinical excellence and functional recovery.
