Occupational Therapy Assistant

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant at Encompass Health, you will support patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic activities, and document patient progress. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and promote safety and functional independence, while benefiting from strong clinical resources, mentorship, and growth opportunities in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment.
