Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our supportive rehab team. In this role, you’ll work under the direction of occupational therapists to deliver evidence-based treatment that helps patients regain function and independence after stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, leading therapeutic activities, documenting progress, educating patients and families, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and supporting a safe, encouraging rehab environment focused on clinical excellence and compassionate care.
