nWhat you’ll be doing:
nImprove or minimize residual physical disabilities of the patient.
nReturn the individual to optimum and productive living within the patient’s capability.
nPeriodically participate with all other home care personnel in patient’s care planning.
nProvide prescribed occupational therapy and all skilled procedures.
nResponsible for initial assessment, plan of care maintenance program development and modifications and reassessments every 30 days.
nConsult with physicians regarding change in treatment.

n$38-$45 per visit

nWhat we’re looking for:
nA passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
nGraduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and /or certified by successfully completing the National Certification examination, -or-
nEligible for the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
nCurrently licensed by the Board of Occupational and Physical Therapy Examiners in the state in which practicing, unless licensure does not apply
nMinimum of one year in an acute care setting.
nOne (1) year experience in Home Health preferred.
