Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support K–12 students with autism and other special needs in specialized school and in-district classroom settings. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement IEP-driven treatment plans, provide direct and group therapy, support sensory and behavioral regulation, and adapt classroom activities and materials to promote student engagement and independence. You will collaborate closely with teachers, related service providers, and families, collect data on progress, and contribute to a positive, mission-driven learning environment.
