Addus Family company seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to support clients in home and community-based settings. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans to improve safety, independence, and quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities include assisting with ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, and use of adaptive equipment, while accurately documenting care and progress.
