Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Sigma Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support delivery of high-quality rehab services in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. In this role, you’ll implement treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, assist patients with therapeutic exercises and ADL training, and document progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. You’ll communicate closely with patients, families, and the care team, help adapt activities and equipment to improve function and safety, and contribute to discharge planning.
