Carle Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our patient-centered care team. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to help patients safely regain independence in daily activities and work tasks. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation professionals, document care in the EHR, and educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home programs.
