• Licensed to provide occupational or physical therapy in the State of Florida.
• Satisfactory completion of an internship in the area of physical therapy.
PREFERRED/DESIRED:
• Master•s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/TRAINING:

• Valid Florida Driver•s License.
