JobResponsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients withphysical, cognitive, and functional limitations in a SkilledNursing Facility setting
- Develop and implementindividualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Trainpatients in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing,bathing, and feeding
- Recommend adaptive equipment andenvironmental modifications to improve independence
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans asneeded
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation ofpatient care and outcomes
Requirements
- Active state license as an Occupational Therapist inCalifornia
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum of 1year of recent OT experience preferred, ideally in a SNF orgeriatric setting
- Strong problem-solving and patient careskills
- Ability to work collaboratively within amultidisciplinary team
