An opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide services in a K-12 school setting located in Bothell, WA. This contract position is scheduled for the school year.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students needing occupational therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student goals.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to enhance student success.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy plans when necessary.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes.
  

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Washington.
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) in educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of school-based OT practices and IEP procedures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to organize caseload efficiently throughout the school year.
  

Location: Bothell, Washington
