Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks an Occupational Therapist to support K–12 students with autism, emotional and behavioral challenges, and other special needs. In this school-based role, you will assess fine motor, sensory, and functional skills; develop and implement IEP‑driven treatment plans; and provide direct and consultative services in small, specialized classrooms. You will collaborate with teachers, behavior analysts, and families, document progress, and help adapt curricula and environments so students can participate more independently and successfully in school routines.
