Role Overview: Provides occupational therapy services across all age groups by designing and implementing tailored treatment programs based on established practices. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise positions such as Occupational Therapy Assistants, aides, and students/observers.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Assist with patient care activities and support physical activities.
- Participate in team meetings to coordinate treatment strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Physical strength to lift, push, or pull loads up to 50 pounds.
